I went through the eventlogs, no last name was ever set for Harney, but trust me weird stuff like that does happen, its because of the instability of our code. Sometimes you can be in zones and not be able to attack, other times your equipment just poofs, but you go to an adjacent zone its back, etc. Its just glitches within the source. But due to Stugger's attitude I believe devn00b did what was right and considering Stugger is now trying to take my server down I find no reason to help him in this situation.
