ok 3 but, Still. No one seems to know whats wrong or how to fix it. I've uninstalled zlib,perl,mysql,VS2008, VS2010 and tortoisesvn and reinstalled them all.. I've even downloaded the source like i don't know how many times. no matter what i do i can't seem to fix the errors.

At Lerxst I'll look and get that fixed.

Edit i have it in my c/zlib/lib and i'm still getting the 1>.\..\Build\eqlaunch.exe : fatal error LNK1120: 6 unresolved externals.
Did i put it in the wrong folder?

Doesn't matter where you put libraries in as long as the library directory in visual studio has that directory in the list.

The perl issue has become somewhat complicated in the last few source changes, so I could be wrong, but generally that error is because you're using perl 5.14 and you should probably be using 5.12.

Ok I'll downgrade, and see if that dose the trick.

Ok it failed saying it could not find perl510.lib. I don't have this so how do i fix this?

fixed it copyed perl512.lib and named it perl510.lib XDD i don't know if this will cause any problems tho.

Yes, It finally built it all. Thanks guys for the help. Now time to go back to the guild XDD.
