People can form grps and can submit designs for their grps armor, or you can make armor for them so that they can be unique, or you can use it to help to distinguish two grps from each other, like 2 sets of armor with same stats, but one is red and one is blue. Also, you could have tournaments, complete with brackets on a website. You could divide the levels that compete in the classes by "spell" levels (1-3, 4-7, 8-11, and so forth) to keep it kinda even. You can have an entry fee for the tournys to add to the final prize. Well thats my ideas, hehe, but a battle arena would be extremely fun!

I think that whatever else you do, you should make the zone(s) as low bandwidth as possible. Use the older and smaller zones so that us poor folk with older PC's can compete.
