this worked for me.
he means to download the file, on that link he provided, extract/copy it to your everquest/uifiles/defauklt folder, over ride the existing copy in the folder.

run "eqgame.exe patchme" in a command line

k , it's works , but luclin models are disabled 8( (And marked the "tick" on luclin options)

hmm , in the server screen it says "all expansions enabled" and in character creation screen it say "you don't have Kunark/Luclin enabled or something like that ". This happens when i installed the EQUI_Animations.xml of Elnounch.
