I got a virus on my computer where it is constantly increasing the size of all the files on my computer. And everything is delayed and slow as well. I copied all my IMPORTANT files to a CD RW, then scanned the files after I burned them..Luckily they all copied without copying the virus. So now as my computer eats away, I really dont care cause all my files are backed up.

just letting you guys know that i fixed the problem, so you don't have to post anymore :D

sure, i fixed it... cuz my hard drive FRIED!!!!!! stupid thanks-for-letting-me-know HP never told me the hard drive was recalled. it died so i had to start from scratch. but it's ok. they replaced my 40 gig with a 60 gig :wink:
