i havent seen the game with the new engine...but from the time i came back to the time i quit there were relatively no bugs...im sorry but whining about bugs in EQ is in the past...most of them are gone...and SWG is alot better than any other mmog...im sick of all the fantasy crap and its a breath of fresh air

when i said bugs, i meant stuff from external. and dleg, get off the whole characters being saved serverside, wow good for that, so their characters wont get hacked, but their are other ways into the systems. A server is a server, blizzard servers = low cost on no matter what game their playing. shoot, people already messed with the WoW beta game. I WAS in it, it sucked, im getting into eq2 beta. Im just saying, EQ is the BIGGEST name in MMORPGs. End of that argument. And for that reason, i believe eq2 will do really really good.

Just because something is the biggest name, doesn't mean a sequel will be good. Ever see a movie called the Matrix? As action movies go it really raised the bar when it came out. The sequel sucked.

I agree that Sigil is going to rule though. They have the proven track record. Sony never made a game as far as I know. They only bought EQ and then killed it slowly. I'll never pay a monthly fee to play a game ever again though...so most of these MMORPG's announced mean jack to me...

Sorry to bring this back up but, imo... EQ pwns WoW , im a WoW eta tester but hell.. its FULL of crash bugs, (i know its beta but all blizz games get crash bugs) The pvp system will suck, even eq2 with a pve content will be better, since they will make another version of eq2 for the pvp server, a huge mod (a bit like the emu PvP serve ya know, major changes to balance) I've got good sources that make me ure there will be lot of pvp on it for once, they want people to play it for the PvP too (they might make 2 different games too form the EQ2 base tho, the PvP version being released later) WoW is fun the first 5 days, u play it and then you are SICK AND FUCKING TIRED of leveling, really wich is why i dont play it, an d theres heavy chances taht it will be major PvE.... like 95% of the beta tester are crying to get it PvE oriented even tho a few of us make PvP feebacks... anyway, think what you want but, WoW is not going to be good... atleas not for me i cant see how this could be a PvP game too, if they do it fine, but it will be like DAOC, Rogues own all, mine my rogue is 30 and i dueled about any level 30 class MANY times and i NEVER lost , one time i almost did VS a Paladin, thats all.... Oh and i cant wait to see how bad ass are the Hunter with the uber pets they get... anyway

I mean, Matrix 3 roxx0rd my boxx0rz but 2 was kinda. . . I dunno, plain. In 1 and 3 there were these kewl plot twists that always kept you guessing and trying to figure out what was going on whereas the second one, it was just a regular action movie!

Now don't get me wrong, after seeing the third movie, I can honestly say that they were all frikkin' kewl. Matrix 2: Reloaded however, was just kewl when compared to "regular" movies. Something about it just wasn't on par with the other Matrix movies.

Matrix 3 was teh own man, and so was 2 and 1, but the thing is i dont think they should have been 2gether, 1 was like inside the matrix and stuff, and da other 2 were basicly all just now super machinery whooping mechanical ass in RL

i would like to point out that sinse blizzard fired the dev team from WC 2 WC Starcraft WC 2 B.Net edition/Diablo all their games have gradually gone downhill the old team was so much better and their games they are coming out with are bland and boring completely changing blizzards style trying to match new crap trends that i for one didnt like and will no like reguardless of the company making it so blizzards games never sucking how about go back and play their much better and much less straining on your comp games other than the lag hell of WC3/WC3 TFT

Pfff...the best time in everquest was the time of Kunark & Velious. When Luclin arrives...pffff... I dont like the "theme" of Luclin, the moon...this expansions like desert, ice, forest...are good!! But luclin...:(
