Recovering old account
 

I am trying to recover an EQEMU old account. I can put in my email address and I do get the password reset message in my email. When I click on that link I am sent to a screen is then telling me that the email address I used is not valid and I have to click on a link to a forum to receive a new password. When I clik on the clicky I am sent back to the screen to recover my password. I really would like Admin to give me a hand with this account recovery. Thank you.

That loop sounds brutal. Hope a mod sees this soon.

Unfortunately mods have no control over the auth/account system, only Rogean controls it.

I played back in 2017. When I played, I didn't remember needing a EQEmu account. I have tried to recover my account using all the Emails I have used for decades (these have been unchanged since the mid 00's) to no avail. I have been able to recover my P99 account, but am unable to log into the account of the same name on EQEmu's side.

Any help would be great. I have a 50ish Necro named Ikthion on that account with a pre-nerf CoS on him, so this is kind of painful.
