Not really. That'd not be up to me, because it doesn't include me, whereas, "I have a better connection than everyone" does. But what you did was state a blatant lie, or alternatively a belief. Not an opinion. Opinions are backed up by facts. Tell me what kind of a connection I have. Or GW has. Or RA. Or you a GM too server. Can't? Thought so. So you have no clue on which connection is the best. I'm not gonna tolerate bullshit because you believe freedom of speech applies to private message boards.

It's not just "your opinion". It's not just "don't like it, don't read it". If I go to a public basketball court and tell every guy there, "I own your ass at basketball", do you really expect them to not either:

A) Roll their eyes and laugh at me.

OR

B) Challenge me to put my money where my mouth is.

And that's what I'm doing, Jarin-buddy. I don't care a whit if your server has a better connection or is more stable than WR. I don't care a whit if you, or mr nerf-not-beastlords likes DC more than WR. What I do care about is lying and spreading misinformation about hard facts.

But first things first. We have had zero bad comments about our server other than 'it sucks because they banned me'. Now take a good long look at your comments. See what I mean? And I talk a lot of shit, as you can see. I do that in real life too, so it's just something you'll either have to get used to or ignore. I don't plan to continue this stupid argument anymore, so get over it. Whether we have more content or not, our little bit is obviously better in public opinion.

Public posts are shit to me. I got flooded with feedback e-mails each day, until we went down. Not counting the fact that you've been up for a year or so and we've been up for a month and a half, you've had more time to collect your comments. If I really thought you were worth my time, I'd paste several of our e-mails we've received here. But I just don't think I can waste that much energy on such a pathetic argument.

Obvious lie. You said nothing about private/public comments here. There were other comments than the stupid GM who got banned. Like the guy who didn't recommend this server on the positive thread I posted. Hell, I'll quote it for you.

Forgot about this jewel. "You're not worth my time" is the classic argument of the egocentrical newbie. It provides no need to prove your worth, it proves no need to back up your outrageous claims. Sorry, Jarin. It's been tried by a hundred people like you before. And guess what? It didn't work for them either. Now, if this is a pathetic argument, why didn't you leave it already? That's right. Because that's just another attempt at a cheap cop-out, by attempting to shift zero-value onto a argument you are losing, effectively cutting your loss to zero as well.

EDIT: One final note. Note what I said, that there were more praise threads, but database got purged. If choose not to believe me, that's your call.

Ok, seriously, I'm done arguing. I'd just like to forget this whole thing, but with so many protagonists it's a bit hard to. I realize I've made some mistakes, and I've done apologized for them. I may not have much public proof to back up my claims, but that still doesn't mean it doesn't exist. People think everything is about proof. Nobody can take their word for what it is, they have to have physical back up. Almost like money, if you will. People don't care about using paper money, but the U.S. says they have the gold to back it up. It's locked in Ft. Knox, and have we ever seen it? No. So how are you supposed to know it really exists? You don't. People take their word for it. Now if you wouldn't mind locking this topic, that would be great.

I'm not saying your server is a bad place to play on, and if I did I didn't mean it that way. I understand you did much more hard work than we did, and I congratulate you on that. All I'm saying is we would like to achieve such a status or greater. If I speak in present tense, it is not meant so.

If you would have said that at the beginning you could have avoided this entire debate that spans across multiple threads, hehe

And such a goal is admirable. But you have to learn to check up facts before claiming them, or you're gonna get into more trouble like this.
