If you aren't gunna help dont bother posting, waste of everyones time, including yours, so realy, just help if you can, not everyone knows what to do, or what to search for, that is what the forumis for, questions, and answers. if you dont want to help, or you feel the post is, how should i put this... "lame" then dont post... Either help or move on, if someone is asking a question, they probably are already frustrated (speaking from experiance) and then if they get a whole thread of bullshit, and not what they asked, they are going to be more frustrated, so just lay off, and grow up, you need to learn that people dont like it when you bitch in moan in every thread.

Seriously Lm2004.. Quit whining... Suggestions for helping you with your problem have already been posted. So what.. People harassed you for your posting about stuff that has been asked millions of times. Thats the way things go, not only here but pretty much any support board for any product that is opensource and free where people ask the same questions over and over again.

This year for June 1, I would really like a 1 day cooling down period for the eqemu message board. Basically when someone signs up for an account, they can not post for 24 hours, and are required to click on all of the tutorial links in that secion of the message board. I ask for these things for a couple of reasons:

1) Duplicated topics for questions already answered in a plethora of other posts go way down. This also prevents search from becoming gummed up with worthless posts.
2) Noobs who would have found the answer by READING CAREFULLY instead of skimming those said tutorials will post less.
3) World builders such as wize_one, who have done a tremendous amount of work to get working live-like mobs into the game will not be harassed by said noobs, even after the correct answer was given but skimmed over instead of READ CAREFULLY.
4) Messageboard-wide peace and goodwill, as topics like this would be snuffed out before given a chance to rise.

If this is not possible, aces over kings will suffice.
