Right after losing the vote, image made a vote that forum admins needed 75% approval. Which was shot down. After losing that too, image went on an outburst in IRC and kept talking about how he never agreed to voting and it was his project and so on. Basically he was playing King Image of EQemu. LE refused to give in, and they argued, so image did the "ok ill pull all access" deal. And the split was a fact.

devn00b.net was disconnected since image had access there and image has proven himself to be childish and vengeful before. now, a lot of DOS attacks started hitting the EQemu box from what LE said to be on of devn00b's server, and that devn00b along with image had pulled CVS access from everyone else. I have no idea if he was right on that or not, but that's why your access was pulled, devn00b. If it was wrong I apologize, and so should LE imho. Image did spout off on how you would shut down anything you ran because you were with him, etc.

That's essentially the whole of it. If you want to consider me a bad guy in this, devn00b, go for it. But I really never wanted anything else than getting rid of the powertripping. Was so fucking tired of image crying because someone edited his rules post or something.

You really have no respect for your elders... i cant wait to see you working for some big company and tellign the boss: '' Man i dont want to work today, lets make a vote, oh and i want to get paid too, lets make a vote bout that, co-workers (co-circle-jerkers imo)

I never really liked Devn00b or image, but, seeing how bad you guys are going on them makes me think even worse about all of you, you are all fags, i hope u die from something really really painfull, and as soon as possible

Because since image was power tripping and got booted out, it should be closed source so that the devs who got rid of the power tripper won't power trip.

Image was maybe power tripping, but he is also kind of like the boss of this shit, he shouldnt be the one booted off, you should be the one leaving , go on and make your own shit, oh wait , can you?

Hi patreecia...you seem new. I'll clue you in on something: Wiz has been around a long time too, perhaps you're the one that should look for a bit of respect when speaking to people.

Just because a person doesn't make news updates on the website constantly about free giveaways etc it doesn't mean they're new to the project. Wiz has been making contributions for years(literally years).

wiz, image had a right to have more voice than you, melwin, lethal, or any other dev.. hes been here longer, he by far does more than anyone and a team need a leader... ive posted the same thing in irc on the forums everywhere but no one seems to answer my posts... you know that image is/was the only leader of the team... and he had right by work, status, and length of time spent on the team to make a more proper decision than the rest of the devs..

anyways my views will not change your opinion, but nice trade...

You act as if image is the only capable coder to ever grace the project. Granted, he did a lot of things, but there are also the people that do lots of things that really don't care about attention. They keep quiet, or just don't have the ability to update the majority of users freely. See my post above.

Fathernitwit is a great example of a very capable coder.

I like those cats, even if they were constantly fighting with assorted groups. I don't know who was to blame, or what was the problem each time, and I don't claim to be pointing fingers... Just an observation.
