GuildWars 2 has been underway for the last couple of months as you all have probably figured, screenshots have just been released showing the new setup of guild owned locations and how it relates to guard purchasing.

I know you are still waiting on a few servers before you launch GW2 but i was wondering whats going on with them? You waiting to order them, or are they in the mail, or are they just not hooked up?

i've been crawling around the emu ever since i heard gw was making a return. lol.

The sponsor is trying to find cases + hard drives for the main computers at a reasonable price and then they will be hooked up.

Can't wait to start playing again, the withdrawl of GW, is so horrible....

Wow, I know what server I am spending most of my time on now......but I gotta know: Are cities guild owned? And if so, and they be invaded and taken? (In that case Im gonna go for the Elven city guilds...they are the most defensible....)

Cities are owned by guilds...and other guilds can capture the city and take the city for themselves. Also owning cities give attack bonuses I believe, am I right? I played a druid on GW before it was brought down, not sure if attack bonuses were in circulation or not back then, but I did hear something recently(maybe from Image himself) that cities gave attack bonuses. So correct me if I'm wrong...

:shock: Ooooo EQ's take on Planetside.......cept this one has a point and a end (assuming here) and Planetside doesn't have Orcs. I see why now that server has had such an eager following now.

EDIT: More questions: How is a city taken and when one is, what happens to the guild you kicked out? (Assuming they don't have another city to fall back on.)

So when guildwars startes back up all the characters will be wiped,Thats cool wit me,But i was wanting to ask,Why do the GM's favor derangement,I mean you guys want people to donate money but you want to treat them unfair,My friend Barenoth was at Kerra and Image sent derangement to kill this guy,The GM should not use no guild to do their dirty work,Also in the plane of hate Lucid vision was kicking derangements rear end then all of a sudden the zone crashes,hey i love guildwars,its great but it should be fair,The Gm should not help other guilds,If you guys want people to donate then you should at least be fair,i think that each guild should have a GM.So that way if they are going to favor a guild each GM will favor there own,
