I know lots of you guys who play eqemu are javascript masters so I want to ask a question.

I play Diablo II from time to time just to really scam ppl's items (I know its wrong, but its fun!)

I got a program that can AUTOMATICALLY take control of your mouse and make you drop all your inventory all over the place and freeze up ur character allowing the other person in game to take it all and get away with it!

Problem, people dont fall for the old Hey download this and its a hack to give u god mode (example).

Therefore I know through javascript it is possible to load in .exe programs just by visiting the webpage (due to porno webpages always giving u dialers just by visiting their pages)

I want it to download in the little progress bar while the page is loading, then cover it up with a javascript progress bar blocker (shows any text you want, animated too, intead of showing what its downloading!)

Think someone could pull some information out for me? I already searched with google and had no such luck.

I will cut profits 50/50 with you if you have Diablo II also....

{Summary}- Basically what im trying to say is.... is it possible to load and execute a .exe file in the background of a webpage. If so show me the javascript for it.

So let me get this straight. You are wanting a program that will cause another person's computer to download a file that will hack thier game of DII, all the while they dont know about it? In other words you are wanting to force a file onto their computer without their knowledge?

Yup you got it! It actually isnt a hack just made for Diablo II its also made for any type of computer program. What it does is multiplies your mouse and you lose controll over it and it clicks all over the place. For Diablo II it drops your gear all over the place, but on the desktop of a computer not on Diablo II, it will click and multiply forcing you to crash ur computer to go back to normal. The file is only 12KB too! It also cant be found as a virus!

Its little pieces of s*&t like you that ruins online gaming, and just being online in general for all of us...

I am fighting the urge to ban you on moral grounds right now..

If you would cheat and hack people on Diablo, you would do it on EQ, and consequently you would do it on EQEMU.. Does anyone else here feel that this is grounds to ban someone from EQEMU. Personally, he just admitted he would cheat all of us, but Im not going to ban his butt until I get an agreement from the majority.

I cant believe you have the gall to come here, then ask for our assistance in cheating people out of things they have worked hard for, and even offer to split the profits.... That makes you about the lowest form of life imaginable.. If I ever have the misfortune of having a kid as shifty and worthless as you, Im packing him off for military school, and I'm have tempted to track your parents down and inform them they have a child thats trying to cheat people on virtual property for cash online... There have been some pretty good legal precidents in the past few years that have made this type of fraud actual crimes of larceny...

We gave you a second chance, and you've just blown it if you ask me, but I'm going to let EQEMU decide..

That is why I said in reply to the first post, what I said, I REALLY wanted to say more, but I didnt want to get into too much trouble for starting a flame session....That sort of behavior is totally unexeptable. I play DII and when I find people like that I REALLY want to retaliate, but alas, I do NOT because that would make me no better than that person. I think you should have asked him to delete his post or at least warned him ahead of time before you banned him. He had 196 posts and tried to design some stuff based on eqemu. He did post under the correct topics too (now at least). And, I have played Diablo II before and have been scammed. But thats just part of playing it. Almost all the people attempt to scam other people. By now they would have known not to trust others. If people fall for it then thats by there own choice. BTW... no one told him the javascript code for it anyways. So why does it matter now?

I understand he was a pointless poster but I have been watching these forums and reading. This may be my first post, but I know whats right and whats wrong. I have seen people who have tried to destroy eqemu project but this... come on... he didnt state that it was directed towards eqemu did he? No. He said it was going towards a game where scamming and pulling pranks on other members isnt unusual.

The program he was talking about was a program where the mouse goes crazy and it doubles up. Then it makes your character run into the corner of the map leaving all his inventory there to be taken. The only way to cure it is to restart the computer. I have scanned on Norton Antivirus and Micafee but have found no viruses on it. The people who activate it usually do it by choice to trust the other player (which is usually pursuaded or tricked). You can also rename this file to be anything, such as GOD_HACK.exe or anything like that. This program does not really have a real name. Its no big deal anyways. It has this thing where its set to click on certain areas, such as where your money, inventory, and extra storage is set for. Therefore in Everquest or EQEMU the only way it would work is if you left your inventory open, turned on Auto Drop allow drop without confirmation. Personally I think it would only drop your items set in the middle of the inventory such as Chest armor or Pants. Thats about the size of it. I really think you should delete Kyle9's post then, let him come back and watch over him to see what he does next. Give him just 1 more chance I say.

I have run PHP and PHPNUKE forums before, You can ban them with IP ranges or by changing their passwords, so why not e-mail him and ask him for his password and he will tell u, and you can just change it right back again.

This is what I think so whether you consider it or not. I honistly don't care.

Those other people who voted for YES ban him... I dont even think they really even saw his posts. Because no one really hated him besides the DEV's and Mattmeck. They just wanted to see someone get banned...

NO its not part of playing... that is wrong.. When someone puts a file on your machine and gets your bank account number and starts spending your money on e-bay, we'll see how you feel about it then. It is this malicios type of hacking that is not exceptable. There is probably lots of other boards that would tolerate that sort of behavior, but they dont here (which I am totally glad of).
This makes it even worse. He has been here long enough to know that this type of behavior is NOT tolerated here.

here he could have said something like sorry maybe this is not the proper place to post this, or something like that... but it seems that he THINKS he is doing nothing wrong.. When a person has NO concious then you can expect them to be doing wrong with the proper tools in hand, which is what he was requesting. Lesson learned here : If you don't have anything valid to say, sometimes its best to stay quiet. All you've done now is draw attention to yourself and the fact that you're intentionlly breaking one of our registration rules.

I think this thread started like a provocation by that Kyleguy, and its funny as hell to follow. From what i know, there's laws in many countries that could concern Kyledude, one of them is that intentionnally destroy, modify, or steal the propriety of someone else is considered as breaking the laws and can lead to legal pursuits. I m glad the owners of that board condamn this and don't let those guys threaten the community, with their virii tools or even worse, with what would happen if the eqemu community was known as an army of hackers.

No Trump the community doesn't want you to leave, you're one of the best-darn Devs on the project :P

You did the right thing - if he managed to compile that proggie into his own server he could get anything - it was a threat to the project and community and, considering he has already been warned & banned before, I feel there is no other option but to ban him, permanently.

Well, Thank you DarkScyth for the back up, but Trumcard... I dunno if I like you very much at all. I think you were WAY to harsh, and by the way Kyle9 sold me this computer, I checked his e-mail and I asked him too, he never got a warning for warez or anything else u big fat LIER !

Also, his brother CK-KILLA was warned MANY times in the past and was banned, but as for as Kyle9 he was not warned at all! Show me an old post showing he was warned and almost banned.

He was warned for posting and bring up old posts though, but would have not been banned for it, just gettin his shitty title... The Pointless Poster. Thats all.

Oh and Trumpcard im begging u to leave! You have never been much help in the forums. But, you did help with the databases and running the eqemu program. So that I will give u credit for.

What Kyle was asking for doesn't even deserve a warning. He admitted to wanting to download a program on someone elses computer without them knowing so that he could take advantage of them. That's intolerable. If he had come back and changed his tune a little when samandhi pointed out what he was doing, it might have been a little different. Point is, he wants to hack into peoples computers whithout their knowledge. It's not right and shouldn't be tolerated by anyone.

Maybe not much in the forums, but Trump does a lot of the code merging and works a LOT on the code. In fact most of the people who actually keep writing and updating EQEmu don't post a lot on the forums. So therefore they never help...?

I use Ticon.net it has no "real" e-mail service.

I use this one cause its the only one I got as far as hotmail.com which couldn't be registered! :?

Trumpcard you do have issues. Please deal with them outside of the forums. Your the admin of the forums and your not that great of one if you just talk about ppl not using some free e-mail service, its our choice and these forums are for the community so calm down!

i use zap zone network email does that count cause i cant use my cox email anymore. and from some gay reason ZZN isn't free anymore so after 30 days it works no more(my 30 days is up =() so i have no real email =(.

You're saying that your ISP that provides your internet connection does not provide an email address? Thats a first ! I'd recommend a new ISP if thats the case... Who provides connection services with no email address?

I do have issues. I have issues with little 'hackers' coming into our community and trying to cheat the community, or trying to implicate the project in hacking schemes. These forums are for the eqemu project and its development... Go to phrack.net if you want to hack, but dont involve us. I have issues with people trying to ruin the project and the community that I have sweated blood , sweat and tears to help build for the last 3 years along with alot of other developers, admins, and people. I have issues with Theives and LIERS (hehe), call me strange...


We want to keep a clean, fun environment for everyone. If you lie, cheat, and generally deceive, it will eventually catch up with you.

As for Trump having never helped in the forums, you obviously haven't been paying attention. He has the most legitimate posts. You may see Hogie and Dev above him in top 10 posters, but they fudged the numbers.

Trump has the most, and often posts more than 3 paragraphs at a time.
