Isn't this something that is only between you two? I guess not, since you've made it public. Alright, I'll give my opinion then - If you were a player on that server this might be a valid complaint, but as a GM you're probably expected to do certain things and NOT do other certain things. Were you to do that sort of thing on my server, you would have lost your GM status as well.

If you don't like his rules, start your own server. That's the simple solution to this "problem".

My opinion...you guys made him and dreadd a GM...you opened yourself up to this. Maybe we should try screening people better who we make GMs. And you make it sound as if he is hacking into goverment files or something. Its just a EQEmu database, I'm sure they have a backup, and I doubt he intended to completely *ruin* the server.

i bet that if you was the server owner you would like it to much

Nilar does run his own server, and I am sure that none of us would tolerate GM's not following the rules we put in place on our servers. There are plenty of other good people looking for GM positions.

Either way. The server ops allowed them the power to do whatever they did, they take just as much responsibility as the 2 rogue GM's since thay allowed them the powers to do what they did. Hopefully the ops on the other 2 servers he's involved in take note of teh childish attitude and take appropriate actions.

First of all, we never intended to do any serious damage. Second of all, I have run servers before, and am working on one now. Third of all, everything is fine now... Xabob and I are both banned, and I'm sure that everything will go back to normal if it hasn't already. Nobody cares anymore; so stop posting and creating more fuel for the flames.

Oh, and Jarin... How you can compare working for money and eqemu GM status is beyond me. Anyway, goodbye.

My opinion, Xab whatever your name is.. If you have complaints about the server, or about losing your status, keep it between you and the Op.
I don't see why you're complaining about losing a GM status when you are a GM on 2 other servers, Which I could probably get you removed from the status on one because all you're doing is complaining.

If you were a GM on the server, You're going to have to follow the rules. Don't come here and complain because you screwed yourself over.

yeah ill admit corey has a problem with spelling, you should have seen the original DS website it was like in corey's own language.

Adam, Corey, and I were the original ops but i got booted down to gm and my opinions are now longer as important as they used to be(except items). But I have not once complained to other players or gms(well maybe corey lol) about my drop in status. my point is get over it move on, and have a nice day.
