04/04/2009 late night - Server Down?
 

Looking for confirmation the login server is generaly down for most people at the moment and that it's not just me. Anyone else? 2:45AM east coast time

I cant get through the login server either - keeps saying I have an invalid login/password (which I know works - ive changed it in the CP but still does the same thing) - Its 11:47pm PST here

its not just you, it happens to everyone. just gotta wait it out :(

just seeing if the problem is still occuring for others, its 11:57PM EST by me anyone having issues?

yeah.... the login server seemed to be working really good for like a couple days and now it seems to be doing the same things again...... I really hope this gets resolved soon.....

i think it was working well because they took the site down.

Should only be a matter of time until the forums and everything gets moved to new hosting so they can shut it down for good on the LS dedicated host. I am guessing they are just letting them stay up some until they have a new way to register accounts in place.

Why are the forums up when it seems that while they're up, the LS comes down.

I think a cron job or something is restarting apache automatically. It has to be killed to keep the website down.

Ok its 4AM PST - the login servers have been down for over 6 hours - what gives?!

so is it safe to assume theres no way around this wrong password error? unless server has a mini login set up. error still occuring at 10:30am est

Anyways, from what I've found searching apache is the root of all evil here, and the fact there are some issues obtaining the new server don't help matters much either.

As it was said before we sit and wait, Im used to downtime, lots and lots of downtime...

for fun grab the PDF guide and make your own LAN server and play there, yeah its void of all things awesome, but you'd be surprised what a few long Island Icetea's and an urge to help Fippy Darkpaw assault Qeynos will do /grin
