:D I just started playing with the EQ emulator software, but I am impressed with everything. I can't remember having this much fun even in the 'real' game. Just want to say thanks and I'm still trying out different servers so I can't say which 1 I like best.

Luos got me into this here mess. I need some guidance here. Is there a list available explaining the different features of the available servers? Krusher seems to have the most votes but why?

i think all the servers are good, but the PK's are just annoying and make the players move to a different server where there isnt that crap....

I'd vote but my favorite isn't listed :roll: Granted Scorpious2k's server is just getting started but the GMs are super friendly and helpful too. :D (can you tell I'm a GM there?) If you are looking for a server where the MOBS walk around, instead of standing in place like statues (we've almost got the boats working too) come give us a try...if you have any problems, just give a shout and one of us will be happy to lend any assistance that we can.

Actually, it's called Merth's Florida now, but I've been enjoying my duty as a GM there a helluvalot. Most of the people are quite friendly, Merth is a very active, polite, and involved server op, and many interesting little breakthroughs are being made there. I don't know if anyone else has them, but as far as i know, the in-game item model viewer is a good example of something Merth developed.

I also enjoy populating zones, and do whenever I can, so Merth's Florida can expect to have a moderate choice of places to hunt. The custum items are a favored feature by many of the people on the server. Everyone has near GM abilities without it being dangerous (no #kill, /summon, and i don't think #cast 982 works for players) so they can't just annihilate each other aimlessly. As well, there are few Non-Legit servers in comparrison to Semi and Legit, and IMHO, Merth just about sets the standard for a stable non-legit server.

I'd be there now if it wasn't down to try and impliment LoY. I'm hoping to quickly lay claim to Hate's Fury for populating purposes :wink:

Anyways, enough from me. Krusher's deserves a definite tip of the hat. I tried Raid Addicts many times, but have the odd problem that at level 60, I can't kill a thing. It all hits too hard and I can't do enough damage back. /shrug

Scorpious2k is by far the best.....I usto like Guildwars and Krushers, but Scorpious2k is more fun,nicer GMs,More GM events.......simply more fun. :P

I have to say I havent explored the other worlds as much as Merth's. (other than my own) I really like the world lay out as far as the spawns (realism) to the eq live server. grats. i just started this whole eqemu thing a few days ago and never have done coding ect before, but i do have a server up and running. just now learning how to break down the sqls and put them back together. will learn how to edit the stuff soon. im a fast learner with alot of time on my hands :) good luck to all and grats on the accomplishments here.

As said by dream s2k all the way. Did you know they had there own armor, but its how you get the armor is the cool part. You have to battle a scorpious2k (thats what the server was after) there invisible creatures that are like lvl 65. They drop like somthings but not the whole set so you have to battle other 2k stuff to get the whole set, or at least thats that were planing to do it hasen't been done yet. Plus and I can't say this enough the MODS move. So if you want a server where you can't declare a MOD a monument come and try us out. The gms will help any way they can, And you will find s2k has alot of time and efort put into it.

Definitly NOT Guildwars. The Gm's I've met there so far were Elitist pricks with a Napoleon Complex. Hey, If you don't want people to play on your server, why the hell did you put one up?
