d2 loot troubles

I set the % of npcs to get the loot drop to 100% and the chance to drop to 100%. Everytime I kill and loot a mob I get a message in red that says "Got a bogus item, deleting it" any ideas how to fix this.

It would appear a non-useable item was added.

One option would be refine the query to be more item specific, or just import a list of items you want dropped.
