Per Level Experience Rates
This was suggested as a way to bring in Hell levels. Perhaps make it so the DB can specify different rates for particular levels to make EQ's Hell Levels.

You can edit exp.cpp (GetEXPForLevel function) to do this.

Be ready to have character levels shift or script level fixes with qglobals because changes to exp.cpp will leve/delevel existing characters the first time they gain xp.
If you have a globally executed player script this can be handled easily enough, but if you don't you will probably want to bulk move everyone to a zone that doesn't have an overriding player.pl. |
