World Crash with EnforceCharacterLimitAtLogin = true

Took me awhile to narrow down what was crashing world, when a toon tried to enter. Setting World:EnforceCharacterLimitAtLogin to "true" was the culprit. This is on a fresh DB (no edits), with updated source code.(Sept 14). Is that rule for setting account session limit ?
