[Bug @ r934] Massive Player speed

Players are running at level 1 as though they have level 50+ SoW.

The speed is scaling correctly I think, however. Players with SoW run like a bard with mistmoore drums.:)

Possibly related to MQ detection?

Also for some reason, EXP is screwed up too.

Based on the diff, it looks like the base speed mods might be out of whack. The main thing that was changed that would be related to this is that the max speed mod amounts were raised by a good portion. They went from 1.** max to 2.** max. That is over 100% difference in max run speed.

We identified and fixed this in latest svn hopefully (I had to have trev do it for me). Though the hacker calc will be a bit off for a bit till I can refix it.

Thanks, KLS.

I am guessing that is you on your own server, judging by the 17ms ping. I think it was you that was on Storm Haven ooc'ing about finding an exp bug the other day. As far as I know though, only 1 person reported seeing it and I assume that was you. My question is; Did you see the problem actually happen on Storm Haven as well, or was it only happening on your own server? I just need to know if there is some bug in the emu code, or if it was just your server. If so, t was probably just an issue with your settings or something special you are doing there.

Yea, I am beginning to think it was a fluke of some sort. The only time it has ever happened is the one depicted. The character de-leveled from 2 to 3, then xp'd back to 3 and beyond normally. I gm'd him back and forth between various levels to try and replicate it, but no success.

I don't have any custom code related to exp in place. It's just weird. As far as I am concerned, I spoke in haste and this is not an outstanding bug.

Btw, nice server Trevius. Love the custom content.
