EQEmulator Forums - iEQ Error ?!?!

as i said before in a prev. post the server i was using had a few problems with it so i formated and cleaned it up a bit well i got everything installed again and i sourced the iEQ.sql file as i did before but now i am getting an error

i am not sure if this error is because i am getting these errors in my zone http://www.eqemulator.net/forums/viewtopic.php?t=18690

or what but here is the exact error i am getting with iEQ now
