Any chance for an upgrade?

Hi there I am using your editor I find it nice, would be also nice to have some fix done I see there are a minor changes maybe in the DB that cause some errors to pop when you try to save the changes in the DB.

Could you give me a copy of the first 20 or so lines in the error message?

Hello

It's a windows pop up when i try to save a change in a character like changing stats or something.

The error is like this:

Exception not handled in the application....
(this is translated may not be accurate)

You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right sintax to use near '8,y = 2741,05, z = -47,5917, zonename = 'overthere' where id = 4' at line 1.

This happen with every char it seems one of the problem is the coordinates format.

If i say ok save anyway everything seems to be fine but then I noticed that something get corrupted , the spell book on every char saved using this tool become corrupted and even if empty it doent let you memorize any spell, it say there is already a spell on that slot but in fact all pages are empty.

I can add the spell using your tool but that not a way, I know is the tool because before i modify a character with it the spell book work fine.

I hope it helps your tool is very for char modification and updates accounts handy I hope you keep upgrading it

thanks

PS I am using the last release of MySQL 5 and of the server

If your using a ',' instead of a '.' that could cause that error. I never got around to making the SQL engine guard. Since SQL uses the ',' to parse update, using it in any field is a bad idea.

As for the spell book, I'm downloading the latest CVS from PEQ. I'll see what I can do.

Hi , I dont use "," that the error that is showed in the pop up window when i try to use your tool.

The position of the char in the world is loaded with coord that have the ","

If you try to open a char from an account you will get this error, then once you save some changes you get the corrupt spell book thing.

Let me know if you can make an fix your tool is actually the only one I like and use.

I'm having difficulty reproducing the error your having. Could you answer the following questions?

DB Type, DB Ver, DB Lang Set, Server Ver

I'm using PEQ 1129B Server 1129 English with UTF8
