Target buffs and Dots not showing in Target window

I just noticed this interesting little bug on my server. I can't see any NPC buffs when I target them, and if I dot a mob I see the damage ticks but nothing in the target window. If I target myself I see spell effects. I've never seen this before. I did a quick search for target window issues and didn't see anything that lined up. Any thoughts?

Edit: For good measure, I just landed the same dot on myself and while targeting myself, the dot as well as any buffs do show up in the target window.

That was it! It was set to false. Changed it to true, and working as intended. I was in that table a couple days ago, and I must have changed that field thinking it was another. Now I have to go figure out what field I missed :)

Thank you Huppy!!

This was an undocumented feature of the leadership AA Inspect Buffs, when LAA were removed this was given to everyone for free (after RoF2's time, hence default to false)

Before I even posted here I did some serious memory scanning to determine if that was the case. I know on live it works like the "true" setting, but I do remember a time when I would have to count down the ticks on a dot, or watch for the message it had worn off. I play a bard on a TLP server and have come to rely on being able to watch those countdowns in the target window :) Probably why I noticed it last night.
