Summon random items via spell??
 

So I had an idea to make a spell that summons a random amount of random items. Basically cast spell and it summons a bag with a random amount of random items(that I define obviously) only issue is in not exactly sure how to write the spell file. If anyone out there has an idea how to do this i would greatly appreciate some examples. Preferably in perl as thats the only language im familiar with atm. Being able to control the chance of which items chosen or chance or item amount would be an added bonus but certainly bot required. As i said any guidance would be very very much appreciated
