EQitems and icon viewer update

These tools now utilize all icons (~1500 more than before) I could get my hands on. Icon viewer and eqitems were both modified.

From what I see it has the same icons. D: Still 7 pages, 13 on the 8th.

EDIT: I see the icon exporter, very helpful, thanks.

EDIT 2: I exported them implemented all RoF icons, but it won't go beyond 7 pages and 13 on the 8th. Any ideas? D:

I should have mentioned this is for item editor. Icons should go to 4819 now.
All other tools were not updated
