Is there another place to download Project Lazarus?
 

The link provided by the wiki's Getting Started guide doesn't work for me, it stops at some point and doesn't let me resume, citing things like network failure (when my internet is working fine) and not having required permissions.

The Discord link does not work either, so I can't ask anybody there.

Is there another way to get the Project Lazarus client? A bittorrent link would be preferred, but anything that's stable would be fine.
