New Client.cpp
 

I have altered the code for Client.cpp in the zoneserver project to have the following Changes:
There are 2 new User Ranks:
3 - Zoner (Has #zone and #goto commands)
5 - Summoner (Has #itemsearch and #summonitem commands)

Also changed the #help command to reflect those new ranks.

Those commands seem too powerful for entry level users, they kind of take some of the point out of the game in my opinion.
