EliteGamers Server UP! And Recruiting GMs
 

Hello there, Just letting everyone know that the preliminary test version of the EliteGamers server is up and running...

The DB works, and we have almost everything implimented...

We are just fine tuning and bugfixing.

We are currently recruiting GMs... Please visit www.elitegamers.ca and go to the forums if you want to apply.

The system is currently running on minimal hardware for testing period, but we have many more server machines on order to beef up the zoneservers...

Please come on, try it out and let us know what you think!

By the way: We are a LEGIT server, and are currently NON PVP. But when we are done db development we will be switching to PVP.

We are looking to questions, comments and suggestions...

Please feel free to leave comments and suggestions as a petition ingame, or let us know in the EliteGamers forums, or get in contact here on this thread in the eqemu forum...

Runing a good Legit server is a lot of work, Glag to see people willing to take the time. Rember to do a lot of custom quests.

I look forward to trying out your server once it is complete 8)

Little suggestion, Update the server with 5.0DR 5, I cant connect. :(

Well, i wanted to sign up and help you out on your server, but your forums are a little scattered, so im posting here, hope you read this, ill log on your server later to see if your on.

Does LEGIT server mean you can't summon items? bummer hehe

Hey there all, thanks for the replies... We are running 5.0DR5 now, and are working hard to get the DB finished completely...

When you are done with the db and switch over to PvP is there going to be a character wipe? I want in some of that PvP action, so I was just wondering if I should start a guy now, or will he just be erased when you switch to PvP. Thanks, server is sounding good.
