unknown97 is the code for LDoN dungeon type, e.g. 3 is Mm, 4 is Ruj, etc.

unknown98 is the cost of the item in adventure points.

unknown99 is always 1 for these items.

Note that some LDoN items that are not properly collected dont have this fields set.

LDoN sold items start at 42001
