EQEmulator Forums - Green Servers

Do you have a really good server that doesn't get any players because they are always flocking to the most populated ones? If so, you might be interested in getting a temporary green name server for 1 week. If you would like to nominate your server (server owners only please) send me an email to LoginRequests@eqemulator.net with:
1. A desired date your server will be up, running and ready for players to login.
2. Desired username/password
3. Server name

Restrictions:
A. We will offer 2 green server accounts per week to be given on a first come first server basis. I will reply to your email and let you know when you can expect to have a green name, and I'll respond again when the account is active.

B. At the end of one week, if your server remains popular and receives a lot of positive feedback, we will decide if you will keep the green server name. Our decision is final, if you are going to be mad if you are not selected to keep the green name, don't bother signing up. The vast majority of the responses we get won't keep the green name. It would defeat the purpose if we gave everyone a green name, as its reserved for only the best servers.

C. This "service" is designed to give good servers that might not be well know the opportunity to develop a following, so if your server cannot accept more than 12 people at a time please do not email me.

D. This is only for servers with very little downtime and fairly good internet connections. If your server has a slow connection or is down during the day, please don't apply.
