confused on serverOP

hey, just got my server runnin, works great. i love it. :D
Just still a little confused on how to give my account access level 200, have tried looking forever and cant really find a direct answer on how to do this.
any help would be great 8)

go start, then run, then type cmd (for winxp / 2k) or command.com for 9x. Type cd <insert EQEmu server directory here>. Then type world.exe flag <insert account name here> <insert flag, 200 for sysop>.
