Problem
 

Im running it fine and all, but sometimes when I go to fight some crap .. my Packet Rate goes sky high I mean in the thousands 900's even! and my ping is around 2000-7000 .. im on a Athlon XP 1700+ 512 DDR PC2100 Ram .. Radeon 7000 32 MB Vid card .. DSL Connection is it the server or what? can you suggest a good server near cali that I can use all the admin commands on like #summonitem and stuff plz. Thanks!
