I think that you have bad information in your database for Everfrost Peaks. Does it happen only with Everfrost Peaks, or with all zones?

It happen in all zones because I created other character in other zone but appear the same error.

What database do you use? What server version do you use?

What do you want tell me? I don't understand you abut "database"( I think that you refer to the expansion, is right?). My expansion is shadows of Luclin and the server is 5.0.2. Wolf-fish dimension

I run the fish-wolf server. I havent actually been to everfrost peaks
in a while. I will take a look at it once I get off work.

Well I took a look at everfrost last night, and I didnt notice any problems
zoning into or anything. So far I dont think there is a problem with the zone.
What is the name of your character and I will see what I can do to help you.

Hi! The name of my character is "Smiorgan". I tried continually but always I have the same problem.

I have moved your character to west commons. Try logging in again.

It's been a couple of weeks since I logged on, but I gotta say nice work on the server, I was on for a couple of hours with 30+ other players and didn't crash once!

Thanks bobzub but I think that the server isn't the problem because I tried to enter again but in the screen to selector character appear the next message:
"this zone is unavailable"
I think that it is because I haven't the expansions required.
Can you tell who are necessary, please? I have installed shadows of Luclin and planes of power.
