Error 1001
 

Read all the Error 1001 posts I could find but didn't find much info so I figured I'd make a new one.

I'm a noob but I'll try to give you all the info you need to help me.
I would like to just join a server, not make one.

I read sticky guide : How to play EQemu and followed steps.
my eqhost.txt file looks like this
[Registration Servers]
{
"eqlogin1.eqemulator.net:5997"
}
[Login Servers]
{
"eqlogin1.eqemulator.com:5997"
}
my DateRate file looks like this
8.0
the Target on my shortcut properties looks like this
"C:\Program Files\EverQuest\eqgame.exe" patchme

I'm using dial up service.

Now when I enter my EQemu name/password and click connect I get Error 1001: Can not connect to log in server at this time, please try again later.

Please help me, thank you for your time!

Try this one:

}

You have '.com' instead of '.net' in yours.
