Help Please
 

I just got everything done so that I can play, but when I try to log in it says Bad Username and Password.... Even though I have an account created,.....

okay go into ur e main folder and look for the file called eg host
change all that stuff to this might i suggest just copy and paste
[Registration Servers]
{
"eqlogin1.eqemulator.net:5997"
}
[Login Servers]
{
"eqlogin1.eqemulator.net:5997"
}

If it was a EQhost.txt problem it would of given a time out error
but he gets a bad user name or password.

Anyway if you just created the account i think you may have to wait a few days before it is entered into the master login info.

Also make sure that you dont have the caps key on or your shift key is not stuck.

One more thing are you playing on your server or a EQEMu server?

More than likely the problem IS his host file. The login error is prolly a station error because he did not change the host file or patched over it.

LOL ok i see, If Lochland didnt change the EQhost.txt file. Then it would try to connect to the EQlive servers and he would try to enter his EQEMu user-name and password.


Beef_ZeroXZ could also be right :)


I dont know why i didnt see that. lol
