Hello everyone,

My server is up on the list normally open and doesn't get a whole lot of activity for one reason or another (I cause some lag fixing things while people are on the server)... but now the time has come to need people to test the server.

It's simple, the more people i get on my server testing things out, the more that gets fixed and added to Tcs' mwnpcmovdb for next release. So, if you feel the MWnpcmovdb isn't up to your expectations, I challenge you to logon to my server and submit a /bug . If you take the time to be specific about it, then it'll get fixed and released to the public.

This is everyone's chance to request features, and play on a server that is constantly up-to-date, up all the time and typically pretty stable. Don't like the fact that some zones aren't populated? Submit a report on the zone you'd like to see populated -- it'll get done. No more complaining about TCS & Team's Mwnpcmovdb... now is the time to do something about it!

I played on your server today and two other people were on and there was no lag at all. I would like to see more newbie zones populated so we can level easy. Anyways, great server..just need more zones. :)

i couldnt get onto my char in rivervale, so i gave up ;)

(it wasnt up, and i didnt have the patience to keep trying, and or make another char, sorr :>)

I just created a Gnome Enchanter and I see that rascally lesser minotaur still likes to leave the zoo to chomp on newbies. This was after I summoned all my items so I could've handled it although upon striking back the residents of Ak`anon finally realized I was under attack and stole the kill from me.

Feeling all uber I decide to being my leveling in Stonebrunt Mountains. I decide to pull with Shallow Breath but instead get an Out of Range message that blanks out my spell gems for the next minute. During that time I just ran up to the kobold and used melee. For the next one tried Weaken, once again Out of Range but this time I was left in limbo much longer. After logging out and back in I tried Weaken again making sure to get a little closer but it still left me stuck supposedly casting.

I think this is partially due to incorrect z axis positions. When I do get agro and try moving back they fly WAY up in the sky! If that is where the server thinks the mob is then perhaps it really is out of range. Regardless of actual distance the server shouldn't leave me hanging though...

I've actually noticed this myself. I updated the server binaries and that shouldn't happen anymore. Let me know if it does. Thanks a lot for your feedback! :)

which 'coder'-server should we play or Shawn or yours?!

i joined the server, made a pally and gave ya some bug-reports..

server works fine, its neat, altho agro is broken,
and pathing seems a bit of, i ran up to an Orc in CB
who was wandering around, and kept getting out of range :((

yeah, it seems that pathing is still a bit iffy... as a caster, I've received several out-of-range and 'error acquiring target' messages that often lead to the spells getting bugged. I won't report this because I'm using a developer release (DR) but I'll try to fix what I can on my end if at all possible.

ok, is agro anything that can/will be fixed anytime soon?
not that its annoying for me atleast, wont need to pull, and level
hella lots faster with 90pt ds :P

unfortunately, for me to do anything about that you need to be specific.. im not about to change the aggro levels individually for over 20000 entries :D

heheh, i ment that if i stand at slaves in CB, the throne room will rush me :P

ive noticed that theirs alot of zones that are unavailable...would be nice if you could make all/most of the zones available because this morning the only zone i could go to was gfay :(

I'm not sure what happened over 24-26th... I came back from my families house in the mountains and found my server all locked up reporting memory read errors.

About zones being unavailable... I have no F'in clue..
all I can say is that I'm working on it. Thanks for all the good feedback... I'm glad at least a few people took the time to provide me with some input.

It continues not working
 

i have been waiting 2 days until it recovered from "Zone unavailable" errors, and i could play for about 2 or 3 hours, then, suddently, i got "You have been disconnected", tried to reconnect again but got "Zone unavalible", but 15 or 20 mins later the server did not appear at all on the list of servers availables :(

Has it crashed again?
Should we wait until next release of eqemu?

PS: nice server, but guards from greater faydark ignore absolutely all enemies :( there is no way to make them help you in battles, and if you use a lift, npcs will teletransport and kill you (that's bad :()
