What exact files do i need to download to start my server

Sorry for the newb question upfront. I want to start a server I have a win xp 2.4ghz machine with 1024 ram and a 160 hd. I have the updated eq files totally patched. What exact files do I need to start a server? Do I need previous versions? Any replies would be appreciated as I can't wat to check out the coding and gameplay.
