question about server switching...
 

i was just wondering if it was possible to change a character from one server to another? just a thought.

It's possible, but often just too much hassle. Also both servers need to be running identical item databases. You can pretty much forget it unless you know both the owner of the server your character is on, and the owner of the server your character is going to.

because the content of your character is stored in a table, namably 'characer_, account, inventory and guilds if you are in one'

The owner of the server you started a character on would have to dump the data of his character table and then have it sourced into the database of the new server you wanted to play on. You'd basically need to be good friends with the serverops :D

once my other work is done.. i am planning to right a program that the server owners can use to allow such a move.. i have the program layed out and just looking for a good C++ programer to write it.. so be patient young friend..

when we have a official version that everyone uses,
this might be needed... but i think the best way to
use this is between blue servers, not from green to blue...
and between legit -legit, and so on, so people dont gay around :S
