Yupper. I toyed with leaving my GM flag on (and thus having a green name), but thought better of it, as Allakhazam is sort of "officially" not supportive of EQ emulation, and that would just tip him off.

How do you get into cshome? it wont let me.. i really wanna see it.

The most likely problem you'd encounter is not having cshome's files. Unless Verant has given you the files (done if you are a guide or gm), you wouldn't have them. Distribution of the files by anyone other than Verant would be considered illegal (aka "warez"), thus making getting them elsewhere difficult. And before anyone asks, here's a quote from the posting rules:

how did you get your title and everything, can we use AA points in here, cant figure it out

AA does not currently work. The title isn't really what it appears to be :). All I did was change my character's first name from Onezero to Master_Onezero. The command you'd type to do that would be "/name Onezero Master_Onezero".

My character has the title "baron". I'm not sure how that happened. Does anyone know how to give a title to a character?

Under version 0.2.6, my characters ended up with the title "baron" on servers attached to gotfrags (definately happened on Belethian's, but I can't remember which others... it ALWAYS happened, though). Everyone who saw me asked me how I did it, but I myself couldn't see the title. Seemed to be a bug of somekind. I kept making human warriors named Onezero, so perhaps the bug is related somehow to the race, class, or name? And perhaps the bug still manifests on v0.3.0? While I'm pretty sure it isn't the result of playing on a non-local server (i.e. one attached to the official "unofficial" login server), it never happened on my LAN server.

And, yes, Lurker_005, super huge long names and pics on cshome ARE fine, but that green name was just too much :D. It was a calculated effort: I wanted to see just how much I could get away with :D

Well, high level characters in EQ are given titles so I know that it is possible. There must be a GM command like /title or something. BTW...I like the regular "/" GM commands better than the "#" workaround commands. I think I read that there are plans to reinstate those and possibly eliminate the "#" commands. Is there any truth to that?

My character with the title is Baron Omni. I am running a LAN server using minilogin thanks to the help of Bently. As stated by 1010101, I cannot see the title, but the characters from the client computers can. I have 3 computers running on the LAN and none of the other characters have a title. Interesting.....but Omni was the first character I made.

As I'm sure you know, some of the gm "/" commands are already working (i.e. /name, /becomenpc, /lastname). I also like the gm "/" commands more than the "#" versions.

And I'm wondering something... The names "Omni" and "Onezero" show the "baron" title. Could it be a bug that manifests with names starting with "O"?
