5.3 compiled?
 

I've downloaded the latest source for 5.3dr2. I've been following the guide, but I've come to the point of being unable to continue because I don't own a copy of VS.net 2003 (I really want to follow the guide as closely as possible, since I'm in foreign territory when it comes to compiling etc.)

I'm not much of a fan of warez - so I'm wondering if there's a compiled version of 5.3 around somewhere. There probably is, knowing that it's been out for a little while now, and I've just been too blind to notice it.

I apologize in advance if I'm breaking any of the forum rules in asking about this.

umm the 0.5.3-dr2 zip came with the compiled binaries..

roth, if you need the compiled version with fixes (hp mob, LD on death, perl) just let me know and ill send them over to you.

Anything thats an upgrade or snippit is considered
good if you ask me I have no compiler and would love to have the updates....
anyways all my shard players would love ya for it..

Hmm. I've gone through the site, checked SourceForge, downloaded everything I can referencing 5.3dr2 and still don't find any compiled binaries. Even checked the ftp listed above in the thread.

Downloaded the CVS also, still no compiled.

Is there a link to the .zip with the compiled binaries?
