What ports to i put?
 
Ok, I just got EMU working... thank god, i love this emulation... THANK YOU DEVS! I will prolly be sending you money soon, anyway... Heres my question, everytime i log on a server, i get dissconnected pretty damn fast..

What ports to i need to put in?

I am useing DSL and a linksys router...

Under port forwarding or triggering also.. witch one?

I already looked there, and no really hard info, just people talking about it... no one says what i do 4 sure...

and do i put in triggering or forwarding? Anyone just tell me the ports to not get disconnected please?

You see, all i need is the ports to not get disconnected... this that post they talking about server ports...

for playing? in that case you DONT need to do anything.


For running a server? Forward the ports that are mentioned in that other thread.

No, cause when ever im playing... i get disconnected every 5 seconds... And i remember a while ago i put ports in and i never got disconnected.

If you are playing on the servers that are patched to live it is a code issue, there is NOTHING you can do to fix this. check out the forums for more info, this makes about 50 of them in the last 2 weeks.

So, everyone gets disconnected when playing on other servers on the emu?

well there is at least 30 other threads complaining about this issue so I guess the short answer is....YES
