My MySQL Problem

Well I think a loooong time ago I had MySQL (not sure) but I downloaded the newest version yesterday to start up me own server and well when I run WinMySQLAdmin...it doesnt ask for a username/pw. Probably because I already set it MONTHS ago but since then I forgot, any clue how to reset it?

in C:\WINNT\my.ini you can check / modify the account you created those months ago
