Playing on EQEMU

ok, I have a queston I will soon have to deal with. To use EQEMU do I need to download anything or just do what it tells me here?

To play on the emu, just follow the directions that you found. There is no downloading anything unless you are starting a server.... btw, get ready to be flamed. If you've already found the answer, you probably shouldn't have asked. Just follow the guide. Good luck

That is a bannable offence due to that rule, several people have already been banned for asking that same exact question, I was simply warning him of the rule.
