Art Test zone

Anyone ever heard of the Art Test zone, if so what is it?

It's probably either a third-party zone for exactly what it's called -- testing art, probably with openzone... or a zone that SOE/Verant designed for their own uses... who knows. Unused values always drive people crazy for some reason.
