Both my kids play EQEMU and there not aloud to read off topic chat, becuase it has almost always been a rule that the rest of the forums have to be work friendly due to Devs reading this at work, and have warned / banned people for breaking this rule.

Not only is this NOT work friendly this definetly belongs in off topic chat.
