Item conversion 4.4->5.2 is it possible ?

I have an old 4.4 db with over 400 custom items and I would like know if there is any item converter around or any other way to convert 4.4 items to 5.2.
(sorry if this has already been asked, but I didn't find anything useful with search)

yes it is possible, BUT the new items contain more data. I don't know of a converter though. And your custom items would have a default value for those fields, althought I doubt that is an issue for you.
