Hooray For Boobies (non-legit) - needs RAM
 

Wow! Had no clue that a little server called Hooray For Boobies would be so popular! It was put up for a few of us to do some raid trial runs for live servers, but got pretty popular.

The box REALLY needs more RAM. Will deal with that on Monday.

In the mean time, feel free to play, just know that zones will crash somewhat regularly.

been trying to play there, every zone i try to make a char in says its down.

Yeah, still having some issues with the box. Tripled the RAM, was quite stable for awhile, then kinda went to sleep.

Going to upgrade to DR3 shortly. We'll see how it goes then.

New to this server.
 

Hi, I am new to EQemu and this server. I have a couple of questions that I cannot explain.

1.) When I try to /ooc, it tells me 'You ahve been revoked. You may not talk on OOC.

2.) When I #castspell 278 or 1776 (SOW), it only lasts about 2 seconds and then wears off.

Noone from Boobies check the boards?

I do occasionally.

Am looking into the problems. Most everyone is able to /ooc so I don't know why it won't let you.

The SoW issue may be better addressed by devs. This is a straight DR3 box with no modifications, other than a few items in the database.

Devs, any idea about SoW issue?

Thanks Rach, also, I do not know the status of the petition queues working or not but I have a char named Cutie that is trapped in the Bazaar. I forgot that the laptop I play on does not have Luclin installed and #zone Bazaar (Blonde moment). If you could, would you be so kind as to #movechar on her so that I can log in once again. Also, if you need a helper during the week, I am usually on M-Th while I am at work. Usually ~6 - 10:45.
