Item Editor help

I'm using Mangoo's newest Item Editor and I can't get it to connect to the database. Can anyone tell me how to fill in the fields to get it to connect to the database?

It pretty much explains itself :

DatabaseName =(your mysql database name goes here)
DatabaseUser =(your mysql Username goes here)
DatabasePass =(your mysql password goes here)
DatabaseHost =(Host Ip goes here, if your on the computer your running the server from, just put localhost)
EQDirectory =(browse to your everquest diretory {C:\Program Files\Sony\Everquest Trilogy by default})

and that should get it working, sometimes it takes a minute to load the data or save changes. good luck.
