Are there any actual stable servers?

I have been on alot of servers and within 30 minutes I'll get disconnected from the server, sometimes to the screen you log into. Now I have never had this issue with live before. So is there ANY stable servers?

Most servers are stable. It's the serverOps who aren't *grin*.

Seriously, this is an issue that is being worked on by the devs. Live has changed some of the things involving communication between the client and server which has resulted in some problems, especially for dial up users.

Expirement. Try different servers. Look for ones with more recent versions of the software, since the code is becoming more stable and better with each release.

You've also got to realise that the servers you play on here don't have billion dollar budgets/year. These are servers ran buy people out of their own pockets. If you'd like to see your favorite server become more stable, feel free to send the serverop cash so he can upgrade the hardware/bandwidth the server might need.
