Instant Respawns

I made my server a few days ago but when ever I kill something it instantly respawns...is there anything i can change that will make it have a respawn timer or something?

I use eqamin tool, thats why its in the 3rd party tools section lol

respawn time of 1000 is a bit steep.. a respawn time of 150 or so is about average for non high level stuff (about 4 or so minutes).
