Are there any plans to put in place the real loot tables for mobs, especially high-end mobs..or is that up to the person running the server. Thanks.

that's database work, for a world builder or the server admin.

Lepikus, it's up to whomever runs the server; however, why would you want it to be like eqlive? :D Kind of a waste of customization if you ask me :)

I would like to see a vry high quality replica of EQLive - including items, spawns, AA etc. At least one stable server with as close to Live as posible would be great for me - I cancelled my EQLive account but thoroughly enjoyed playing.

I know the Emu lets you have a huge amount of customization - but that doesn't mean everything has to be custom.
